According to legend, the distinguished explorer Christopher Columbus encountered a grand trading canoe in the Gulf of Honduras in the year 1502. The tale tells us that on this canoe, Columbus met a mysterious and kind Native American by the name of Bogar. Bogar introduced Columbus to his first Native American cigar.
